Terms of Service

1. The service

LawnCore ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting customers who want lawn care with independent service providers ("Crews"). LawnCore is not itself a lawn care provider; Crews are independent businesses, not employees or agents of LawnCore.

2. Quotes and pricing

Instant quotes are calculated from public county parcel records and/or lot sizes you provide. Quotes assume a standard mow (cut, edge, blow) on an accessible, reasonably maintained lawn. Lots over one acre, overgrown lawns, or special conditions may require a revised quote before service. Prices shown at booking are final for that service unless conditions on site differ materially from what was described.

3. Booking and payment

Payment is collected in full when you book. Funds are held by our payment processor (Stripe) and released to the Crew only after they submit photo proof of completion and it passes review. Recurring plans charge your saved payment method automatically before each scheduled service at the discounted rate shown at signup; you can stop a plan at any time from your account.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel any booking up to 48 hours before its scheduled date for a full automatic refund. Within 48 hours of the scheduled date, or once work has started, contact support for a resolution — crews plan their routes in advance and late cancellations affect their schedules. Unpaid (incomplete) checkouts may be cancelled at any time. If photo proof is rejected by our review team, the Crew must remedy the issue before any payout is released.

5. Crews

Crews agree to complete accepted jobs professionally, submit truthful photo proof, and maintain any licenses and insurance required by law for their work. Crews receive 80% of each job's price; LawnCore retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts are made via Stripe to the Crew's connected account after verification. Falsified proof, repeated customer complaints, or fraudulent activity result in removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts to the extent permitted by law.

6. Property access and condition

Customers are responsible for providing access to the service area on the scheduled day (unlocked gates, pets secured, vehicles moved). Crews may photograph the service area strictly for proof-of-service purposes. If a Crew cannot access the property, the visit may be charged a [TRIP FEE] or rescheduled.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnCore's total liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Claims arising from the performance of lawn services are between the customer and the Crew; we will assist in good faith with dispute resolution.

8. SMS communications

By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional text messages about your bookings (confirmations, crew status, proof notifications). Reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. [ARBITRATION CLAUSE — CONSULT ATTORNEY].
