Every crew is insured before their first job

Before any crew can accept a LawnCore job, they must carry liability insurance. No exceptions — it protects your property and the people working on it.

Your money is protected until the work is proven

When you book, your payment is held by LawnCore — not handed to the crew. The crew is only paid after they upload before & after photos and the proof passes review. If the work doesn't happen, you don't pay for it.

Photo proof on every single mow

Every completed job requires before & after photos, kept on file in your Activity. You never have to take anyone's word for it — including ours.

Payments you can trust

All payments run through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon and Lyft. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Cancel with 48 hours' notice, refunded in full

Plans change. Cancel any booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled mow and your refund is automatic and full — no phone calls, no restocking fees, no arguing. Inside 48 hours, email us; crews plan their routes around your booking, so we handle those personally.

You have our support, whenever you need it

A real person reads every support message. If something isn't right about a mow, tell us and we'll make it right.
