What we collect

Account details (email, phone, name), service addresses and the associated public parcel data (lot size, parcel ID from county property appraiser records), booking and payment history, photos crews take of your lawn as proof of service, and messages we send you. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch our servers.

How we use it

To generate quotes, schedule and complete services, process payments and payouts, send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, crew status, photo proof), prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Public records

Lot sizes and parcel identifiers come from publicly available county property appraiser records. We cache these records to serve quotes faster.

Who we share with

The Crew assigned to your job sees your service address, gate/access notes, and first name. Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf: Stripe (payments and payouts), Supabase (data hosting), Twilio (text messages), and our web host. Each receives only what it needs. We disclose information if required by law.

Photos

Before/after photos exist to verify work was completed. They are stored privately and visible to you, the crew that took them, and our review team.

Retention and deletion

We keep booking records as long as needed for tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we will honor it within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to end SMS notifications. You can stop recurring plans and cancel bookings from your account at any time. Florida residents and others may have additional rights under applicable law — contact us to exercise them.
