What if I'm not happy with the mow?
We'll re-mow it free. Open your booking in Activity within 5 days and tap "Request a free re-mow" — a crew comes back at no charge to you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
How does the first-mow discount work?
Your first booking is automatically 20% off, up to $15 — no code needed. It applies at checkout, once per customer, and never comes out of your crew's pay.
How do you know my lawn size?
Your county property appraiser publishes every parcel's lot size. We look yours up the moment you type your address — that's why the quote is instant and accurate.
What if my lot size looks wrong?
You can enter your lot size manually and we'll price from that instead.
When am I charged?
For mows scheduled within 5 days, we only place a hold when you book — your card isn't charged until the mow is done and the photo proof is approved. Bookings further out are charged at booking (card holds expire after 7 days). Either way, crews are only paid after proof passes review.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation with a full automatic refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled mow. Our crews plan their routes weekly, so inside 48 hours email us and we'll work it out. Recurring plans can be stopped anytime.
